Once the ride is complete, we share the rider’s rating and feedback with the driver. However, we remove the rider’s identity associated with the rating and feedback when sharing it with the driver. It is possible that the driver may be able to identify the rider who provided the rating or feedback.

Driver information shared with Rider: Once a Driver accepts a ride request, we will provide the Rider with the Driver’s name, profile photo, preferred pronouns, rating, real-time location, and details about the vehicle, such as the make, model, color, and license plate number. Additionally, the Driver’s World Prestige limos profile may include other information, such as flags and reasons for driving, as well as statistics like the number of rides and years of experience.

While we facilitate communication between Riders and Drivers to arrange pickups, we do not share actual contact information, such as phone numbers, between users. In the event of a lost or found item, we will seek to connect the relevant Rider or Driver and may share actual contact information with their consent.

Shared Ride Riders. To ensure the safety of all riders using World Prestige Limos Shared ride, we share the name and profile picture of each rider. When sharing the ride, riders may also see each other’s pickup and drop-off locations to know the route.

Rides Requested or Paid For by Others. If you take a ride that is requested or paid for by someone else, using your World Prestige limos Business Profile account, a pass, code or coupon, or a subsidized program like transit or government, we may share some or all of your ride details with the other party. This includes your name, phone number, ride date and time, charge, rating given, region of trip, and pick-up and drop-off locations.

Linked Accounts and Sharing Upon Your Request. If you are using the World Prestige Limos website as a part of a Prestige Limos Family account that is linked with other accounts, or if you ask us to share your information with trusted contacts, we will share your usage information of the Prestige Limos website with those parties. This may include the real-time location of your ride.
